"Mr. Hall is an Executive Consultant with 14 years of experience in GIS and
IT planning and implementation. He has been based out of New York City for
the past three years during which time he has managed projects for over 20
City government agencies, most notably the Department of Information
Technology and Telecommunications. During this three-year period, Mr. Hall's
New York City customers and/or PlanGraphics have received numerous awards
from national organizations, including PTI, URISA, ASPA, and ESRI for
excellence in GIS.

During his eight years with PlanGraphics Mr. Hall has managed over a dozen
large projects, including five multi-year efforts. Mr. Hall has also
provided technical leadership in a wide variety of programming and database
development efforts, including two years spent working in the Sultanate of
Oman automating mapping operations for the National Survey Authority. Prior
to joining PlanGraphics in 1994, Mr. Hall was the Computer Mapping/GIS
Department Manager for Air Survey Corporation, a photogrammetric mapping
company in Virginia. Mr. Hall received a bachelor’s degree in Geography from
Virginia Tech in 1989."
