The deadline for the submittal of proposals is Friday, May 16, 2008, at 5:00 pm. Each submittal must consist of one digital copy on a .pdf format of your work (the text is limited to eight pages, not including graphics and images).
If you are thinking to submit your work forthe H.T. Fisher Prize, please send immediately a message to Lovison in order to avoid last minute delay that can prevent you to meet the deadline. (the submission is a two-step process where you need to be first registered.

Adam Sachs, an image taken from his submission entitled "Using Spatial Analysis to Establish a Relationship Between Hurricane Attributes and Damages",, part of his senior thesis presented to the Department of Economics and the Department
of Earth and Planetary Sciences.
Jaclyn Hatala, an image from a portion of her senior thesis entitled "Hyperspectral Spatial Analysis of Pathogen-Induced Mortality in Whitebark Pine (Pinus albicaulis) within the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem" ,in Environmental Science and Public Policy.
Graduate Student category
Corina Graif (PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology) for her submission entitled "Creative Class and Diversity: Spatial and Temporal Dynamics in Chicago Neighborhoods" , based on her Arts Masters thesis at Harvard.

Kevin Bunker(MUP candidate, Graduate School of Design) for his submission entitled "Evaluating Potential Sewer Extensions in Ipswich, Massachusetts".
